No. Operating as an agent institution or biller operating unit requires authorisation obtained through NPCI and the Bharat BillPay framework, and that relationship is yours. We build and run the technology that sits behind it. If you are still at the licensing stage we can tell you what the technical readiness requirements look like, but the application is yours to make.

Eight to sixteen weeks depending on how many consoles you need and the state of your existing integrations. Certification testing with the network adds time at the end that is outside our control — we build that window into the plan rather than treating it as a surprise.

Yes, and phased migration is usually the safer path. Run a subset of agents or billers on the new platform while the old one continues, compare the numbers for a cycle, then move the rest. Historical transaction data migrates with reconciliation reports at each stage.

Current deployments run comfortably into six figures of transactions per day, and it is load-tested well above whatever peak you tell us to expect. Due-date clustering matters more than daily average — we size against your worst hour, not your typical one.
