Product 04 — Enterprise Resource Planning

One operating system
for the whole business.

Finance has one system, sales another, inventory lives in spreadsheets and management spends Monday asking which number is right. We implement Odoo around the way your business actually operates — connecting accounting, CRM, procurement, inventory, HR and operations on one controlled data model.

What we implement

Six functions, one source of truth.

Start with the operation causing the most friction. Odoo can be introduced module by module, without forcing the entire business through a big-bang ERP migration.

O/01

Accounting & Finance

General ledger, invoicing, vendor bills, expenses, bank reconciliation and management reporting on the same transactions your operating teams create — fewer journal corrections and fewer month-end spreadsheets.

Accounting Reconciliation
O/02

CRM & Sales

Take a customer from first lead through opportunity, quotation, sales order, invoice and payment without re-entering the same information between sales, operations and finance.

Pipeline Quotation to cash
O/03

Inventory & Warehouse

Real-time stock by warehouse and location, receipts, internal transfers, dispatches, serial or lot tracking and replenishment rules tied directly to purchasing and sales demand.

Multi-warehouse Barcode
O/04

Purchase & Procurement

RFQs, vendor comparisons, purchase orders, approval matrices and goods receipt in one workflow. Finance sees committed spend before the invoice arrives instead of discovering it afterwards.

Purchase orders Approvals
O/05

HR & Workforce

Employee records, recruitment, attendance, leave, expenses and approvals with role-based visibility. Managers handle routine people processes without sending another spreadsheet to HR.

Employees Expenses

Custom Odoo Modules

When your process genuinely falls outside standard Odoo, we build the missing workflow, report, integration or domain-specific module without turning the core installation into an upgrade nightmare.

Python Custom workflows
Where operations break

Four problems growth makes worse.

Separate tools can work when the organisation is small. Once teams, locations and transaction volumes grow, the gaps between those tools become operational work of their own.

ERP should remove duplicate work from the business — not digitise the same duplication behind a different interface.

The same data exists five times

Sales enters the customer, finance enters them again and operations maintains another version. A shared Odoo record keeps the customer, order, invoice and payment connected from beginning to end.

Enter once, use everywhere

Spreadsheets became the integration layer

Export from one system, clean columns, email the file and import it somewhere else. We replace recurring manual transfers with controlled workflows and system-to-system integrations.

Automated data movement

Management reports arrive too late

When revenue, purchasing, inventory and costs are reconciled manually, the report describes last month rather than today. Connected records give management a current operational view.

Live operational reporting

The old ERP cannot change with the business

New branches, approval rules or product lines turn into expensive change requests. We configure standard Odoo first and customise only where the business case justifies maintaining custom code.

Customise where it matters
Fit

How we approach different Odoo projects.

The platform may be the same, but a first implementation, an ERP migration and an existing Odoo installation with technical debt need very different plans.

Your situation What usually needs doing Our approach
Moving from spreadsheets CRM, purchasing, inventory and finance currently run through separate files. Process mapping, standard Odoo setup and staged adoption
Replacing a legacy ERP An existing ERP holds years of master and transactional data. Migration mapping, cleansing, validation and phased cutover
Existing Odoo installation Odoo is live but customisations, performance or reporting have become difficult. Technical audit, refactoring and controlled module upgrades
Multi-company operation Several legal entities, branches, warehouses or currencies need shared control. Multi-company configuration, permissions and consolidated reporting
If supplier onboarding, scorecards and contract visibility are the bigger problem, our SRM platform can sit alongside Odoo and connect procurement data back into ERP.
Implementation

ERP migration without a big-bang gamble.

Configuration is the easy part. The real work is understanding your processes, cleaning historical data and getting users through cutover without disrupting daily operations.

STAGE 01

Process discovery

We map how leads, orders, purchases, stock, invoices and approvals actually move through the business — including the exceptions nobody wrote into the old process document.

STAGE 02

Configure & extend

Standard Odoo handles the standard work. We configure roles, workflows, taxes and reports first, then build custom modules only for the gaps that genuinely matter.

STAGE 03

Migrate & test

Customer, supplier, product, opening balance and historical data is cleaned and migrated into a test environment before users validate complete business scenarios.

STAGE 04

Cutover & support

Final migration, user training and a controlled production launch. After go-live we monitor real workflows, fix edge cases and document ownership for your internal team.

Before you call

Common questions.

Ask something else

No. In many cases a phased rollout is safer. Finance and purchasing might move first while CRM or warehouse systems continue temporarily through integrations. We define the system boundaries during discovery so each phase can operate cleanly before the next one moves.

Yes. We map source records to the Odoo data model, clean duplicates and invalid records, run trial migrations and reconcile totals before production cutover. The amount of historical transactional data worth moving is decided with your finance and operations teams.

Yes. We integrate Odoo with payment systems, banking interfaces, e-commerce platforms, internal applications and third-party SaaS through APIs or controlled middleware. Where a direct connector is reliable we use it; where it is not, we build the integration.

As little as necessary. Heavy customisation can make upgrades and maintenance expensive. We first test whether configuration or a small process change solves the requirement, and write custom code only when the workflow gives the business a meaningful advantage.

Next step

Bring us the spreadsheets
your ERP should replace.

Walk us through your current finance, sales, purchasing and operations flow. We will identify what standard Odoo can handle, what needs an integration and what is genuinely worth customising.
